- Accountable for technical design (3D modeling and 2D prints) with team support
- Perform engineering tolerance analyze of mechanical modules
- Verification and documentation of process module systems to meet the systems specifications
- Provides concepts and technical designs for process module systems based on modeling & calculation data
- Accountable that technical designs meet all engineering requirements regarding Compliance and Safety Standards DIN, ASME Standards and Lam design guideline
- Accountable for BOM creation and documentation release.
- Technical response to meet all interface requirements with other modules and environment
- Close relationship to our suppliers and internal departments to ensure that we receive high quality-, well tested and cost saving solutions for our technical needs
- Technical design support to solve supplier problems and problems from our internal production
- Technical design support in obsolescence part execution
- Technical design support for non-standard request for our tools

- Accountable for development, verification and documentation of fluid delivery systems to meet the systems specifications
- Provides concepts and technical designs for chemical fluid systems based on modeling & calculation data
- Accountable that system meets all engineering requirements regarding Compliance and Safety Standards
- Clarification of fluid delivery requirements
- Owns execution of BOM and documentation release plan
- Technical response to meet all interface requirements with other modules and environment
- Prepare all required deliverables based on product development plan (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
- Close relationship to our suppliers an internal departments to ensure that we receive high quality-, well tested and cost saving solutions for our technical needs
- Performs engineering data analysis of mechanical and electrical aspects of the system by using of appropriate methods and tools (e.g. MATLAB, LabVIEW …)

- Coordinate and support investigation of key quality defects of components from the customers and/or field service team to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Drive the improvement of the suppliers’ quality and manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, cost, and on-time-delivery
- Act as liaison / technical lead for cross functional projects to include Build Verify and Production Readiness Review
- Audit and document supply base performance on critical process of records and overall quality management systems
- Collaborate on the continuous development of supply base through close teamwork with product management, global product group, and supplier business managers
- Leads, and is personally accountable for, high profile project timelines and milestones.
- Continuously working on process improvement and developing Best Known Methods
- Provide technical support in Build, Test and FQA to suppliers in product deployment and transition
- Perform Standardized Supplier Quality Audits and administer Supplier Quality Scorecard for existing suppliers to promote continuous improvement.
- Drive Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis on defects and Escalations
