Deine Lehre bei uns im Parkhotel Pörtschach dauert 4 Jahre (Doppellehre) mit einem detaillierten Ausbildungsplan, wo du genau nachlesen kannst, was du bei uns lernen wirst. -
Während deiner Lehre steht dir ein Ansprechpartner zur Seite, der dich unterstützt und dir bei Fragen und Anliegen zur Seite steht. -
Die wichtigsten Aufgaben, die dich im Service erwarten, sind das Verkaufen von Speisen und Getränken inklusive Beratung unserer Gäste, das Decken von Tischen und Tafeln bei besonderen Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten oder Geburtstagen, das Zusammenstellen von Speisekarten bis hin zur Abrechnung. -
Zusätzlich bekommst du einen intensiven Einblick in unsere große Hotelküche – von der kreativen Zubereitung der Speisen und Desserts, über Wareneinkauf und Kalkulation bis hin zum Erstellen von Dienstplänen und Menüabläufen. -
Deine Arbeitsplätze werden das hoteleigene Restaurant, die Seeterrasse und das Strandrestaurant sowie unsere Hotelküche sein. -
Du kannst dein Verkaufstalent und deinen Charme beim Gast unter Beweis stellen. -
Du tauchst in die Welt der Zahlen und Abrechnung bei Tisch ein. -
Klar, dass du bei uns auch am Wochenende arbeiten musst - jedoch hast du jedes zweite Wochenende frei und kannst somit deine Freizeit gut im Vorhinein planen.
