Produktionsmitarbeiter im Elektrotechnischen Bereich (all genders)

What You’ll Do

• Endmontage & Test (Teile/Module/Komponenten/Plattformen)
• Elektrische Montage und Tests von LAM-Spin-Clean-Plattformen – Grundlage ist die Konfiguration und die Dokumentation (z.B. Produktionsplan, mechanische Zeichnungen, Schaltpläne, internes Prüfprotokoll etc.)
• Elektrische Montage und Prüfung von Neukundenwünschen (NSR's)
• Strukturierte Diagnostik und Problemlösung
• Durchführung der definierten Prüfschritte (Zwischenprüfungen) gemäß internem Prüfprotokoll
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Übergabe von Entwicklungsprojekten an die Produktion
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Arbeitsabläufe und Dokumentationen
• Aktiver Wissensaustausch (z.B. interne Schulungen, Lieferantenschulungen)
• Prüfung der Dokumentation, des Materials und Berichterstattung von Abweichungen (z.B. Problembericht)
• Kontinuierliche Qualitätsverbesserung durch aktive Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit den internen Kunden und Lieferanten
• Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Produkts, des Geschäftsprozesses und der Systeme (z.B. Dokumentation, internes Prüfprotokoll etc.)

Who We’re Looking For

• Technische Ausbildung (LAP oder HTL-Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik/Elektrik)

Preferred Qualifications

• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, analytisches und logisches Denken 
• IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Windows, MS-Office-Anwendungen, SAP von Vorteil)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse 
• Teamfähigkeit und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams und Abteilungen
• Präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Pflicht- und Qualitätsbewusstsein 
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative & Flexibilität
• Bereitschaft zu selbstständigem Arbeiten

Die Einstellung erfolgt über ein Personalbereitstellungs-Unternehmen. 

Diese Position unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte in der Österreichischen Metalltechnischen Industrie der Berufsgruppe D oder E, abhängig von der Ausbildung. Arbeitszeiten:

Die Arbeitszeiten können innerhalb des Gleitzeitrahmens flexibel gestaltet werden. 

Woche 1: Der Gleitzeitrahmen Frühdienst umfasst die Wochentage Montag bis Donnerstag von 4:00 bis 14:15 Uhr und Freitag von 4:00 bis 17:00 Uhr.

Woche 2: Der Gleitzeitrahmen Spätdienst umfasst die Wochentage Montag bis Donnerstag von 13:45 bis 24:00 Uhr. Freitag ist frei.

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise, education, and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
