About the Role:
- Manufacturing Quality: Ensure Products meet internal spec, Customer spec and Industrial requirements
- Supplier Quality: Ensure Equipment, Direct/Indirect material, Parts meet the specification
- Customer Quality
- Drive customer incidents problem solving and case reduction
- Ensure customer audits with satisfaction
- Ensure products meet industry and customer’s quality specifications
- Ensure operation manual with clear instruction
- Support and collaborate with engineering to further develop specifications according to our product requirements and industrial requirements.
- Reliability: Ensure products meet the internal/ industrial reliability requirements
- Failure Analysis: lead problem solving team to Perform Failure analysis and find out the failure root cause and apply counter measure to prevent similar problem happen again
