Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:
- die pädagogische Begleitung und pflegerische Tätigkeiten im Wohnbereich
- das Vermitteln von lebenspraktischen Tätigkeiten verbunden mit sinnvoller Freizeitgestaltung
- das Dokumentieren erfolgt digital nach den Kriterien des ICF

Gemeinsam Wege gehen - mit Ihnen als Führungskraft!
- Leitung der Einrichtung nach fachlichen, ökonomischen, organisatorischen und rechtlichen Kriterien
- Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Assistenzqualität, Gewährleistung einer effektiven Kommunikation und Dokumentation nach ICF
- Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung, das Team umfasst rund acht Personen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften vor Ort, den Angehörigen der Klient:innen, den internen zentralen Stellen und Netzwerkpartner:innen
- Mitarbeit in der direkten Assistenz der Klient:innen
