Allgemeines:
- Sie begleiten fachlich die Rohstoff-Neulistung, -Spezifikationsprüfung und
Reklamationsabwicklung (inkl. Zusammenstellung aller Unterlagen für die SPAR-
Deklarationsabteilung und Prüfung von Zutatenlisten) - Sie organisieren und begleiten die Wareneingangskontrolle (Rohstoffmonitoring)
- Sie setzen Mitarbeiter:innen-Schulungen um und übernehmen die Beratung der
Produktionsleitung in sämtlichen Qualitätssicherungs-Belangen
- Sie führen Produktkontrollen und -untersuchungen durch
- Sie leiten interne Audits im Sinne der guten Hygiene-Praxis und des HACCP-Konzeptes (inklusive
vorschriftsmäßiger Dokumentation, Ergebnisbesprechung sowie Maßnahmenempfehlung) - Sie prüfen laufend die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards sowie Zertifizierungsanforderungen
