Job description
In your new job you will:
- Be the go-to person of the digital verification for complex digital and mixed signal designs, providing hands-on expertise in digital verification, from building environments from scratch to leveraging existing flows
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of digital verification, including planning, tracking, and reporting, and ensure clear understanding of verification requirements through effective communication with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with and contribute to coordination of cross-functional teams, including concept, design, AMS verification, and post-silicon validation teams, to ensure high quality designs
- Focus on all-directions-reuse of the Verification Components to be implemented
- Identify and mitigate risks in dynamic projects, with proactive communication to the project team
- Drive the enhancement of existing verification methodologies and flows, drive required innovation projects and get buy-in from management
- Drive process and efficiency improvements, share your expertise to enable team growth, and inspire and mentor new lead verification engineers to help them succeed in their roles
- Identify and address synergies between digital and analog centric Pre-Silicon verification, and Post-Silicon validation
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team, who embodies a unique blend of technical know-how, leadership acumen, and collaborative spirit. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Digital Verification for Mixed-Signal Designs, and a proven track record of driving innovation and excellence in verification solutions.
You are best equipped for this job if you have: - A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
- 10+ years of Digital Verification experience and a deep understanding of all technical aspects of Verification for Mixed-Signal Designs, including 6+ years of leadership activities
- Outstanding Expertise in digital verification and all tasks needed to achieve design verification closure, including state of the art tools and methodologies (SV-UVM, Xcelium, vManager, Certitude, etc)
- A sense of urgency for upcoming innovation in the field of verification
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in coordinating activities, providing technical guidance, and mentoring senior engineers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work well with both internal and external partners
- Self-Motivation and Flexibility
- proven ability to achieve results in a dynamic, multi-site environment by coordinating priorities and self-initiatives, and solve complex problems by proactively involving expert networks and collaborating with others.
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I-J (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
