Job description
In your new job you will:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing programs and campaigns
- Track and support marketing actions based upon competitor analysis
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing campaigns and goals
- Monitor the content calendar to maintain a steady flow of content and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximum impact of marketing efforts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to get the content out on time
- Monitor the performance of content and report key metrics
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the marketing manager
Your Profile
You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish successful cooperations. You enjoy working in an international environment and convince with your analytical thinking, planning skills and perseverance.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing
- A proven track record of developing and executing projects that drive business results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and present to various audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills. About Us
