Change Management Lead (all genders)

You will be part of the international change management team in Lam's Transformational Change Management organization. Your primary work location is in Villach, Austria.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, own and execute the end-to-end site-specific change plan, from inception to adoption
- Support the execution of the Site Change Network Execution Plan
- Track and manage risk while supporting mitigations of readiness blockers and barriers
- Support customization of communication and training content
- Collect and prioritize feedback on communication, learning and delivery
- Act as the change management interface between the employees, the site and program team
- Point of contact for site training activities and logistics
- Manage and communicate with executives and cross-functional key stakeholders
- Perform requirements, stakeholder and training needs analysis for meeting change goals and objectives
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced change agent who empowers change, creates excitement, leads an entire site through a major transition and loves to work with individuals from different regions, cultures, time zones in a high-tech industry.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication in English, German language skills are beneficial
- Experience with either ADKAR, Kotter's, Lewin's, McKinsey, or similar change models
- Understanding of change management, collaboration and culture barriers and levers
- Ability to propose and negotiate change management strategies, tools and venue with key stakeholders
- Ability to lead and participates in cross-functional meetings to gain a common understanding about the change coming
- Create project plan/schedule end-to-end from concept, design and development of training solutions.
- Identify and manage risks, mitigation plans for issues before arising and during the project lifecycle.
- Ability to think outside the box and introduce new process / models
- Demonstrating strong and good Teamwork behaviors
- Familiar with waterfall and agile project management, self-managed due to remote work situation
- Data oriented: understand value of data collection to data mining, data analysis and conclusions
- Owns the plans and implementation of internal and external communication and training plans
- Experience in creation and deployment of multi-media communication and training
- Experience working with Learning Management System and Digital Adoption Platforms is beneficial
- Working experience or background in a Semiconductor Industry is beneficial

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
