The Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) is advertising the vacant position of a

Traineeship in the International Relations Office (m/f/d)

Please note: This job offer is open for students from CUAS higher education partners because of the availability of an ERASMUS+ grant.

Your Tasks

• Promotion of Erasmus program 2021-27 within CUAS and supporting the IRO connected with the implementation of Erasmus+ Program within the institution.
• Organizing information sessions for outgoing students.
• Co-Organizing Social Events for students
• Updating and maintaining data entries in the internal administration systems.
• Supporting the dissemination of international activities.
• promoting Alliance programs, workshops, and initiatives to students and stakeholders through various channels (social media, newsletters, events, etc.).

Your qualification:

• Strong self-organization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• IT skills with MS Office and have very good Excel skills. Additional software skills are a plus.
• Experience with marketing and/or social media management is an advantage but not required.

Our offer:

Scope of employment: 35-40 hours/week (full time)
Duration: 4-6 months
Start: March 2025 (however, start date is flexible)
Place of employment: mainly Campus Villach, Europastrasse 4, 9524 Villach-St. Magdalen
Salary: EUR 550.- gross per month.
